Awesome Tip: How To Build The Tallest "Building" | Gary Vaynerchuk Original Film

There are two ways you can “build the biggest building in town”. You can either spend all your time and energy focusing on making your building the tallest, or you can go around and try to tear everyone else’s building down. Anybody that is trying to tear you down is hurting inside and doesn’t realize their happiness does not come at the expense of someone else’s. Having compassion, sympathy, and empathy for your fellow human are REQUIRED for your own happiness. The world is abundant. Nobody else is taking out of your pocket.

  2. Hey Gary, I have a question. I have an ad company, I work 16-18hrs a day and recently I'm also investing time in social media more than before (listening to your advice). My question is I want to give back to the community what I learned (in online, website, facebook, instagram, linkedin, soon youtube, and podcast) but I'm located in Romania and our customers are from Romania. I don't know whether to put out my content in Romanian or English because in English I could have more reach and get more followers but my customers are from here and don't know exactly right now how to monetize this in the future…

  6. To be fair Gary-V Steve Jobs was out of control before he was pushed out of Apple when he returned he completely changed because he realized his wealth was in his people and he became a people manager to develop the products we appreciate today if the old Steve Jobs returned to Apple the company wouldn’t exist anymore. 8. this is so true!! I find it very dark and territorial here (i'm not in the USA, i'm in Canada)….hard to be proud of one's accomplishments without someone else putting one's efforts down. I'm glad you pointed stuff out…and a real Leader is one who Boosts up Everyone else…

  9. Steve Jobs may be an icon of the past, who got the most out of his employees by being a jerk.
