  1. To be honest, at this moment, I don't know what I want to chase to be happy. I´m 17 years old, going to highschool. Hopefully, I will find out what what I want to do in the next years.

  2. I want money….but it's not for material things. I don't give a shit about "things". Things actually cause more problems. So the fewer things, the better. What I'm after is FREEDOM. Freedom to not go to a horrible job everyday……freedom to take a weekend trip to Iceland. Whatever I want to do. To learn….to create……to experience……all that life has to offer.

  3. Today I awoke chasing Money and I didn't even realize. Now I'm truly fighting for my happiness. My internal source of fuel. Wondering why you can't start? It's probably because your fueling yourself with that which cannot move you. Like throwing bubble gum in a train engine and expecting to move or travel. Asses your self and find what would move you if money didn't exist.

  4. I’m an 18 year old entrepreneur and listen to this…When I learn something you do too, when I find a gold nugget I share it with the viewers. Take a peak, you might learn something very valuable.

  5. Gary I cannot put into words how much it means what you do, so I just wanna thank you for being you, for being so driven, for trying to make the world a better place and for making people regain hope even when they thought they lost it. Thank you for everything

  6. Chase valuable skills. If you can build valuable skills you'll be able to get money. At that point by being so good you can't be ignored chances are you'll enjoy what you're doing/be able to find an aspect that you enjoy, or you'll be able to trade the value you bring to the table for a life that makes you happy.

  7. I am 17 years old, chasing my passion to work full time on Instagram. I watch GaryVee all the time while my friends are playing video games. I work hard on my page and I hope one day it all pays off and I can do what I love to do. I have always been an entrepreneur, and I love hustlin'. Just thought I would share this with everyone.

  8. I don't know what I'm chasing, how do I figure this out? I thought I'd really get into IT, but all the jobs are either incredibly stressful or a customer support role. I've been studying Korean on and off for the past few years but I'm afraid to commit for some reason.

  9. I jumped three times , lost hard , going back to work for a few years , reevaluating my losses / success, and how I can do it better next time. I’ll be back

  10. I want to bring value to Indonesian people that's the potential of fisheries and marine world in our country is totally great. We could produce billions of dollars depend on how we struggle to build, empathy, patience and fake it till we make it.

  11. I'm chasing Freedom (and part of the time, by consequence some money, as the lack of it constrain some of your dreams and some of it allow more Freedom to achieve them) but make no mistake Money is just the "tool" I'll use on the path to live life as I want it to be. Money can either be a burden to you or a force/tool to help on your way, and it's frequently your choice. Freedom to live life as I want it to be, Freedom to maybe learn Japanese or write a book or Travel somewhere or build something (Just plain Freedom to live and experience and learn and evolve).
And not so soon I realized that being financially dependable on my parents was crippling me (because somewhat of my own judgement, Should've watched your videos on that time @GaryVee haha) as I wouldn't do the things they wanted because I couldn't stand the boredom of it, and at the same time I wouldn't do the Things I wanted because I felt guilty I was not doing THEIRS while they paid me to do it. So building a little of self-awareness on the book Refuse to Choose (Barbara Sher) I decided to find a side job that would pay my bills and give me freedom of time, money and self-employment (Schedule) to be like "Master of my Fate". That year I started to learn the concept of Freedom Fund (Passive Income basically) and then I started to learn Day-Trading on the side-Hustle to achieve that. And after some months it grew to the point of me making the transition and going all in on it. And Man it has been a lovely/difficult/challenging journey after that. The fact that it solely depended on me, and I couldn't use some cheap excuse ( The boss, the client, etc) made me go on a journey of self awareness and challenges that made me evolve in a lot of ways (And yet I feel it's like the tip of the tip of the Iceberg hahaha). Now the New Challenge is to discover the "next level" of what I REALLY WANT to do with this Freedom that I earned, and this has ironically more challenges to it that I thought and yet I feel it'll make me evolve more and go on paths that I can't even imagine now, or so I genuinely believe.

  12. Sai weng shi ma is a phrase in China that gary touched on it means: a man gets a horse, his horse get another horse to be its mate, thus he has two horses, the man falls off his horse, then he doesn't go to war all because of the horse. What's a horse mean to you?

  13. Gary I love this! What made me smile was when the video cut out half way through to show an advert and the guys in the ad was being all zany and not himself at all, and then it cut back to you just doing your thing from the heart. Just really crystallised to me just how real you are and what a rarity that is. Love your work. Gary, I only discovered you a month ago and you've already helped me so much as a mum starting her first business after finding her confidence again. I wanted to thank you for that! x

  14. When you’re broke, money does fix your problems. You don’t have money to go to the hospital and heal yourself. You can’t afford a way to get to work. You don’t know if you’re going to be able to sleep in the same place the next day. It’s bullshit when people say money doesn’t provide happiness. I just turned 18, got hired at my first job. It’s not the best job at all. $11 an hour, 40 hours a week. I am chasing money so I can have happiness in my 20s. I want to travel & start photography. Chase your money to have happiness. It’s okay.

  15. Hey Gary, i just got hooked onto your videos for last 12 hours straight. Until yesterday, i didn’t even know that someone like you exist. This is my first ever comment on any youtube channel, so it’s really special. I have never connected so intensely with any you-tuber or entrepreneur like this before.

I will start with an opportunity to grab your attention, I am an entrepreneur with the passion and capability to build the next billion dollar business while still being a nice guy in town.

I have a startup called, “PARTY HUNT”, an online platform to find nearby live-music events. I am on a mission to make everyone dance. It’s currently available only in Goa, India. I got 12k users from 90+ nations in first 4 months with almost no investment. I did everything, design, code, social media, finance, legal, sales, marketing, single-handedly with the help of few volunteers..

You are tricking businesses to become more nice and i am bringing nice people together to create a business. We can speed up the process of bridging the gap between nice people and businesses to change the world inside-out by working from both ends. I would like you to become the angel investor of my startup. I will be waiting to hear from you.

Thank you for your time to read this.
