  2. Building a personal brand where you can be authentic and relatable can build you an audience. And when you start your business, you'd have an audience where there's a high chance for you to get support.

  3. Quick advice for the Hispanic community…..the same fuc*ing advice I give to everyone….great response from Gary to that little hispanic weasel trying to play the race card, damn leftist

  4. Great advice! I love the part about getting together with your employees and asking them what do they really want. Your company is just as good as your employees.

  5. I try…I really do, to like him. All I ever see is a pompous, arrogant little person that worked hard, is making money and loving the spotlight.
Dude, you don't know everything. No one does.

  6. My problem is not getting customers my problem is keeping customers. I give out warranty and I am so booked I can’t handle everything on my own. What I NEED is to get more hands on the job more people. I look bad with customers I drive all over the place and I’ve tried hiring people. I want to be a better leader, I need to train people but I’ve tried indeed Facebook and other sources to try and get people but I get only a couple reply and they just end up not coming or quit early. Should I pay more? Am I a bad boss? I’m left with lots of questions.

  7. Paraphrasing 9:13
I didn’t say ask all the contacts on your phone to buy your product or service, I said ask them IF THEY KNOW ANYONE who might be interested in your product or service. Game changer.

  8. 3:21 "So you're banking on the economy collapsing lol?" We are way overdo for a collapse, not just a correction. He should've asked him for examples of what he expects to be under priced and over leveraged.
